Many members of The League have intensively investigated the entire issue of, and the research on HIV and AIDS for 20 years. Among the members are doctors, scientists, and lawyers. Many of our members are also either individuals who are long term hiv positives who have stayed healthy simply by avoiding the hiv drugs, and many others are those who were harmed or sickened by formerly taking hiv drugs and have stayed away from them and regained health upon so doing. We are fully committed to educating those in the public who truly seek to understand, and who are willing to be open minded to learning, are removed enough from their own "fanaticism", and who are interested in learning the actual facts regarding issues of HIV and AIDS. It is not possible to educate or enlighten those who have no desire to do so.

The League insists that all of those who have been diagnosed as HIV positive, and all who have been harmed by hiv drugs are paid full compensation for all damages, emotional, physical, or otherwise. We insist that the sentence of hiv and aids is lifted from all of the diagnosed, and that all are given full justice and freedom from the label and sentence. After careful study of all of the issues, we fully insist that this tyranny of oppression over the falsely and fraudulently diagnosed immediately cease. All who have been diagnosed must be given back their lives.

It is our further intent to begin now to organize class action suits against hiv tests and testing, as well as against diagnosing hiv with tests whose fundamental flaw is that not a single hiv test is able to verify any such thing in the diagnosed.

The League also insists that all who have been harmed or killed by hiv drugs as well as their families and loved ones are also fully compensated for the medical and scientific blunder of poisoning individuals with black label drugs who have been diagnosed via flawed hiv tests that do not and cannot find hiv.

As soon as enough are aboard for a proper suit to move forward, we will fully challenge all those who promote hiv testing and drugs at all levels to prove the tests find hiv and to prove the drugs are "life extending and life saving", or pay the full consequences for their deceiving the affected. As there is no such reasonable proof, and all attempts are filled with flaws, we look forward to a successful case on all levels.

In sorting out the issues and the facts, one must be open minded, must continue to question, and must be able to step outside of preconceived beliefs and dogma, and view, as they say, "the facts, and only the facts".

Doing such, requires looking at the issue from all aspects, historical, psychological, scientific, medical, and political, as the issue has a multitude of facets that clearly present their own evidence.

One must begin to study the subject at its very roots, before even a single individual became ill, before the words HIV and AIDS were coined, to understand how it is that mankind has acquired its commonly accepted beliefs.

One must look at the rampant homophobia of the time that was aimed at gay men. Jerry Falwell and the "Moral Majority" had declared their "War on Homosexuals" just a couple of years prior. College students were wearing t-shirts proclaiming "Bury a Fairy" and "Kill a Queer". There was a movement to demand the death penalty be given to homosexuals. Many gay men's families had been caught up in this anti-homosexual frenzy, and disowning and despising their adult gay children was common. Preachers railed against gays. Gays were often gay bashed or bashed by police. Many were booted from their jobs, the military, and even from the homes they grew up in. Factors such as this shaming, guilting, and hating of gays produced an intense stress in many gay men, and often led to intensification of self loathing and self destructive behaviors. Many became drug and sex addicted, which are well known to produce deleterious consequences.

Gays were suddenly put under the public spotlight, and this spotlight included the spotlights of those in medicine and science. Suddenly gays were being examined and probed in every way thinkable as they never had before.

June 5th, 1981, a study was released by the CDC of 5 ill gay men.....

One must look carefully at these very first 5 cases, found in April and May of 1981 in Los Angeles, of illnesses of immune suppression that were later called "AIDS". And one must look at the actual circumstances that those performing the study either ignored or were unaware of.....

It is clearly to be found directly in the very first study, that the very first cases of noted illness were found in five gay men in 3 hospitals in Los Angeles, who first of all, had not had sex with each other, and second of all, did not even have any sexual partners in common, and third of all, whose only commonalities were that all 5 were gay men who had also admitted to abusing poppers. As poppers were legal and all other drugs illegal, it is not surprising that these men did not admit to any further drug abuse. This was also a time of fearful insecurity, and gays were loathe to trust anyone who was not also openly gay, for fear of rejection and repercussions. It is no surprise they were not more open or frank or honest with their doctors or those questioning them about their lifestyle. Drug abuse and sex parties were common in the gay community, and such was usually kept well hidden.

As these men's illnesses had also occurred at the exact same time that crystal methamphetamine had been introduced to the southern California gay community, it may also be considered that these 5 men had not admitted to all of the drug use or lifestyle behaviors they had been partaking in. It is well known that those taking crystal meth would be often be on it for days at a time. The drug suppressed apetite, and led them to a further lack of nourishment. This would not be surprising, as first of all, one does not admit intimate secrets to a probing stranger, even if that stranger is a medical doctor, and also, they could have been arrested for speaking the truth regarding illegal drug abuse.

In looking at all cases of gay mens illnesses, the common links have always been drug related, poor diet, exposure to many std's and pathogens leading to overuse of antibiotics, high stress levels, and other quite common and normal contributors to immune system failure. Nothing at all surprising here, except perhaps that even more of them

Therefore, one finds that the simple fact is that 5 gay men had simply run themselves down with drugs, and became ill. No surprise to anyone in this. As they were gay, and as they had not had sexual relations with anyone in common, their illness could not be attributed to any mysterious sexual virus as was alluded to in the very first mentions of these illnesses in newspaper articles.

From this alone, it becomes apparent that the illnesses had never been related to any infectious immune system destroying deadly virus. It also becomes immediately apparent that the causes of illness were drug and lifestyle related, and all evidence to the current date concurs with these facts. Those coming down with actual illness were also those who had run their own bodies down in many varying ways.

From this very beginning, one clearly can begin to understand the issue of health, hiv, and aids from a more enlightened perspective. From here it is crucial to look at the early and rather crude science and scientific knowledge base of the 1980's, and it becomes quickly apparent that major mistakes were made, and are yet to be addressed.

After having fully investigated the issues of HIV and AIDS, from beginning to current, the League of J.E.D.I. has made its determinations, found the science and medical treatment of HIV and AIDS to be flawed and lacking, and here-In Demands Full Compensation and Full Reparations for all who have received an HIV diagnosis, as well as for all who have been harmed by the very toxic and often deadly drugs that are prescribed, and which have been the leading cause of death in HIV positives since 1987.

The years of AZT monotherapy are the EXACT years of high death rates. AZT alone caused immune suppression, thereby creating the exact illnesses it was given to prevent. Ever since AZT monotherapy ended, the leading cause of death has been liver failure in those taking the "haart" highly active anti-retroviral drugs that have been given to HIV positives since 1995.

The second leading cause of death in those diagnosed as HIV positive and as having "AIDS", has been suicide, followed by other verified factors such as kidney and heart failure, which again are obvious toxic drug effects, as well as greatly influenced by many other obvious factors.

There are other obvious causes such as intense stress, intense emotional pain, substance abuse and addiction, and self destructive beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors, death wishes, and lives lived in hopelessness, as well as painful shame and guilt. HIV positives have been burdened by society with the intense burden of "feeling" as if they are sexual lepers, or angels of death who would kill anyone they made "love" to. For the affected, the burden both psychologically, and mentally, as well as physically and spiritually, is often too heavy a burden to carry. The intense stress alone will can quickly or slowly tear down their immune system health, and will cause shut down of their thymus gland, resulting in low or no CD4 T-(the "t" stands for thymus) Cell production.

In Africa and third world countries, the deaths are quite obviously the effect of factors such as malnutrition, polluted water, intense stress from political upheavals, genocides, stress and shaming of the diagnosed, as well as all of the common microbes and illnesses that have all been common very Africa for more than a century. Much of the illness is actually pellagra caused by diets of nothing but corn and corn meal. Pellagra caused many deaths in the earlier part of the 20th century in the United States.

However, virologists are only trained to see disease in terms of being caused by viruses, and their myopic view of disease has resulted in the deaths of millions.

Contrary to popular belief, contrary to all those whose fearful imaginations and myopic attempts to understand what they are looking at, leads them to believing that the "boogeyman" of HIV is the cause of the multitude of conditions called AIDS, the belief becomes quite ludicrous upon any careful examination of the actual facts.

The only existing scientific evidence that has been presented to date bears witness that there actually is no scientific proof anywhere whatsoever that HIV is sexually transmitted, nor is there any proof that HIV has been isolated, nor is there any scientific proof that it causes the multitude of condition that are called AIDS. Every such case of what is called "AIDS" is fully explainable without the need for some mysterious super boogeyman virus.

As a matter of fact, upon careful examination of all such evidence, one is left, after 25 years of research, with a mountain of studies that each and every one of them, from beginning to end, concludes with nothing more than with statements and words such as "possibly", "could be", "may be", and "more study is needed.

Well, of course, more study is needed to assure a researcher of future work, but is most useful only in order to extend the time before one must finally conclude the obvious fact that there actually and truly is no convincing evidence, even after 25 years, that the entirety of the HIV/AIDS paradigm and belief system is founded in stubborn human egoic fears and errors from beginning to end.

If the world and those affected by this issue truly wish to "End AIDS", then the remedy readily presents itself. They themselves must end their own fanaticism, end their paranoia, and openmindedly look at the facts themselves. Upon doing such, they will simply "End the belief", for they too, upon open mindedly reviewing the known facts, can conclude nothing more nor less than the fact that all such proofs of HIV causing AIDS and of its being sexually transmitted or even isolated, are indeed missing. Such honest admission is the only way in which they will ever indeed "End AIDS".

Few understand what the issues and facts are about, and most of the population, scientists and doctors included, simply runs with what they are told to believe, regardless of what the facts clearly show. Few have the courage, willingness, open mind, or commitment or desire to understand. Few of the diagnosed are free enough of their own inner fear and belief in an imminent death from this "boogeyman", to be able to think or do anything but what they are told to do, by others.

Those trusted doctors and scientists, who have been erringly placed into trusted positions of supposed authority on this issue, and who are laden with their own conflicts of interest, therein simply tell the HIV and AIDS diagnosed what they themselves mistakenly believe without having proof, or they tell the patients what they themselves are afraid of, and again have no proof of, as well as telling the gullible patients what to think, believe, and do, all according to the individual doctors' or scientists' own myopic view of the facts. All of the suppositions made by the current "orthodox" believers, are quickly verified to be mere suppositions, which upon inspection, certainly are not actually based in any actual verified and proven scientific fact.

All who have received a diagnosis, as well as those who have suffered the loss of their loved ones, are fully owed the full and absolute return of their Lives, as well as full Justice, Dignity, and Freedom from this oppression of false, yet popular belief.

If you have been diagnosed, you must all be given back your lives, and you are owed more than what this world will ever be able to repay you, for what you have been subjected to and for what you have endured. The stress alone of such as you have endured, truly has sickened and killed many. Hundreds of thousands more have succumbed to the toxic drugs that have been falsely claimed as "life extending".

A Truth and Reconciliation Investigation, must be demanded by all HIV positives and by all those directly and indirectly harmed, or you will be enslaved by this false belief until you too will likely have perished from it.

Unfortunately, as many political situations around the world clearly show us, It is usually the oppressed themselves, who are often the last to recognize the tyranny of oppression that they themselves have unwittingly allowed to be placed over themselves. As gays and blacks are themselves the most marginalized subgroups in the world today, this willing submission to oppression in these groups, even by many of their own who are simply caught up in their fears, is not surprising that this has befallen many of you.

The issue of HIV testing, diagnosis, and the drugs, called "life extending", that are the leading cause of death in the diagnosed are currently the greatest tyranny of oppression over the minds of man of all time.

Whether any can deal with it or not, these are indeed the simple and easily verified facts:

1) HIV has never been isolated nor purified from human blood. Reverse transcriptase is NOT proof of retroviral activity, as it was once believed to be. Evidence for such a retrovirus is found in only 1 in 500 cells in the gravest of the ill AIDS patients.

2) HIV tests, claimed to be 99% accurate, are only accurate for NOT finding HIV. There is NO accuracy stated nor implied for finding HIV. No test is approved for diagnostic use. These tests find antibodies that were at one time believed to be only associated with HIV. Such is not the case, as the antibodies have often been found as caused by 70 other factors.

3) There are currently 70 proven factors are listed in scientific journals and are proven to often cause the antibody tests to show positive.

4) Not a single anti-hiv drug has ever been independently trialed, and not a single one has been placebo tested.

5) The years of highest deaths said to be due to HIV are the exact years that high dosage AZT, known and proven to cause immune suppression, were given to all those who were diagnosed on the fundamentally flawed HIV tests.

6) The leading cause of death in those diagnosed as HIV positive, since AZT monotherapy ended, has been Liver Failure due to current ARV drugs.

7) The second leading cause of death in those diagnosed has been suicide.

8) The third leading cause of death has been kidney failure due to current ARV drugs.

9) The only study done in the US on sexual transmission between sero-opposite partners found ZERO transmission in 10 years in 160 sexually active couples.

10) The deleterious and immuno-suppressive effects of high stress, such as that caused simply by receiving an HIV positive diagnosis, as well as the immuno-suppressive effects of the ARV drugs, malnutrition, as well as the deleterious and immuno-suppressive effects of intense emotional pain, street drugs, poppers, crystal meth, other drug addiction, alcoholism, multiple STD infections followed by high doses of antibiotics, multiple assaults due to sexual exposure to many organisms, stress of being disowned by ones family, stress of difficult partnerships, loneliness, social isolation, extreme guilting and shaming, etc, are found in every case of death said to be due to the unfound and unverified virus.

As we could go on, and on, over the verified inconsistencies and unanswered questions, the preceding are more than enough for those with eyes to read and ears to hear to indeed verify that such a tyranny has been at work for 25 years.

As such, All who have been so diagnosed as HIV positive, all who have had the fears and paranoia, shame, and sexual guilt of the world projected upon them by those who should know better, but unfortunately, could not or did not, must be fully compensated for the suffering, and the indignity of this tyranny over the minds of man that has already killed hundreds of thousands. HIV positively diagnosed must find their voice and inner courage to confront and understand these facts, and must themselves demand their own full Justice, Dignity, and must be given full Freedom from diagnosis, and from the tyranny imposed on them of belief that an entity known as HIV is found by HIV tests, is sexually transmitted, and is the cause of illness. They will not be freed from this tyranny until they themselves do.

This issue must be brought to the highest of courts of every country, as well as before the world's courts, and those pursuing such, must be defended including all of the marginalized and oppressed groups and individuals, in particular gays, inner city blacks, poverty stricken Africans, others of the 3rd world, and indeed all who have survived being fraudulently targeted and/or diagnosed as HIV positive with tests that do not find HIV. All must be given full health care who have been harmed by such HIV testing, and by subsequent use of black label ARV drugs.

Those who have not yet come to understand this, are either, due to their own part in advocating this tyranny, simply in denial, or, they are simply uneducated as to the very facts that are surrounding this issue. All who are yet unable to understand or go beyond their fears on this issue, are hereby encouraged to find your courage, willingness, and determination to be open minded, removed from inner fanaticism, and to search for the highest truth, and to look again directly at the facts.

It is highly unfortunate that so many have been too paralyzed by their own fears and pre-programmed beliefs to become educated of the facts regarding AIDS, HIV, and what are known as the HIV tests. Such is most obviously the lesson for mankind that need yet be learned. However, it is understandable that the egos of mankind, especially in the marginalized populations of the world, are yet fully unable to break free enough of the tyranny of fear that this belief engenders, to be able to find willingness to face facts.

There are, and have been for many years, many dozens of books, videos, blogs, and informational sites available to any who desire to be educated.
